Processing Time:

Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be processed. Every single order is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness. All orders are fulfilled in the order which they are received. 

 

Shipping and Handling:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email and/or text message. Tracking numbers will be received as soon as packages are shipped off. Please allow 1 business day for USPS to update tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to gleauxbylauren@gmail.com.

Do we have international shipping? Absolutely. 

 

Local Pick-Up:

We provide local pick-up on Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's. Pick-up location for the Baton Rouge area will be located in the Hammond Aire Plaza from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday's and Thursday's. If you live in the Baker, Zachary, Clinton area, pick-ups will be on Friday's between 5:30 PM TO 6:00 PM in the Walmart parking lot. Please email at gleauxbylauren@gmail.com to ensure your pick-up. Picking up your order after a notification that it is ready is the customer's responsibility. If you think you will not be able to make local pick-ups at the times provided, please select the shipping option. 

Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order, Gleaux by Lauren will be more than happy to work with you. Please email gleauxbylauren@gmail.com. 

 

COMMON QUESTIONS:

 

What is purging? Purging is when you include new products in your skincare routine. Have you ever heard if the phrase: "It gets worse before it becomes better."This just means there is an active ingredient that is doing its job on your skin. Your skin is detoxing, which mean all impurities are rising to the surface. This should last 3-4 weeks max. 

 

Are these products for all skin types? Of course. All ingredients are very low on the comedogenic scale, meaning they are extremely unlikely to clog the pores. We offer products for every skin type. 

 

Are these products safe to use on children? Yes. We specify products that are child-friendly. Although all products are extremely mild and gentle on the skin, some products do contain essential oils. We recommend consulting with your child's physician if you are unsure about the products with essential oils prior to use. 

 

I'm pregnant. Can I still use these products? All products are mild and gentle, and we do have pregnant clients who use our products just fine. If unsure, consult with your physician prior to use.
